I have an adsense account. After $10 of profit from the ads you are supposed to fill out an internal revenue form.
"International publishers need to submit Internal Revenue Service form W-8 and/or Form 8233, or certify that they do not have a US presence."
I'm from Canada actually, Does me having dual citizenship mess with the "do not have a US presence" term?
I would rather not fill out an IRS form if that can be avoided.
Thanks.
I am in Canada, And do not visit the United States. **
Womg spam O_o anywho.
I believe living here should be enough! I wasn't thinking straight I guess

If you are a US citizen you need to complete the form regardless of your US presence.

You say you are a dual citizen. If one of your citizenships is US, then you have no option; you are subject to US taxes. Period. You must provide them with a Form W-9 with your SSN. Not having a "US presence" in your case is irrelevant since you are a citizen.
